He first worked with Chef António Bóia, then went into the hands of Paulo Morais and soon afterwards went to Altis Belém, commanded by Chef Cordeiro.
The 32-year-old chef ended up winning the attention of Spanish Chef Martín Berasategui at a gastronomy event in Bangkok.
Paolo Casagrande, ended up inviting him months later to be his sub-chef at Lasarte in Barcelona (three Michelin stars).
However, the Berasategui group had in mind the “Fifty Seconds” project that would open in Portugal.
Currently Chef Filipe Carvalho works as an Executive Chef in “Fifty Seconds” after Martin Berasategui succeeded him in this opportunity.
